REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your purchase but if you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. You have up to 30 days from purchasing date to return or exchange LINENCOOL items by mail.

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong colour or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.

We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We sent wrong item – size, style, colour.

We can only accept return or exchange items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags/packaging attached.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged:

linen scarf, linen sock
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts

  • Apply for A Refund.
  • Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You need to bear the cost of shipping the goods back.
  • We process refunds within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • Apply for An Exchange.
  • We cover the full cost of replacing defective products
  • Exchanges can be made within 5-10 days after receiving your return.
  • We do not cover the shipping cost and the cost of shipping the goods back if you choose the wrong size.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request. 

!!! IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • We don't pay the returns package tax fee.
  • Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
    Please use the return address giving by our Service Team.
  • Please make sure you don't include our items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
