Our Warehouse fulfillment center and delivery providers are fully operational.
Currently, we are not experiencing any significant delays. All orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Restrictions
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

For most countries, orders over $59 , you can enjoy Free Standard Shipping. For orders under $59, you need to pay Shipping Fee.

We offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The standard shipping will take 8 to 12 business days with an extra 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order.
Delivery Time=Processing Time（2 to 4 days） + Shipping Time
For example, if you order a tablecloth, it will need 2-4 business days of processing time and 8-12 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-16 business days.
Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand us.
Shipping of orders over weekends and bank holidays
All orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the following working day.
This means if you make an order on Sunday with a next day delivery option, it will be posted Monday and with you on Tuesday.
Note for taxes:
For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany and Italy), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.
About Tracking
